Dieting isn't always as easy as people expected. In reality, it is a tough challenge for many people. 1. Don’t rush to make a decision into the hardest diet program you can find.

If you don't have any dieting experience and not 100 percent sure you can follow it, then don't choose it. Find something else. Many people suffer to follow an extra-strict diet and ended with a failure. You have to avoid a diet program that may be too strict for you.

2. Don't deny the reality.

If you hear someone tertimony about their successful way to lost a large number of pounds in a relatively short time, don't make it become your target and follow their way and expect you will have an exactly the same result with them. The result must be different from one person to another.

3. Don't visit the gym everyday.

If you go to the gym everyday, it will interferes with natural process. your body needs time to expand the muscle mass after each training session. Everyday practicing in the gym won't help you at all. Again! don't lose touch to reality. Going to gym by 2-3 times a week might be better.

If you usually reaching out for snacks or ice cream at the specific conditions, then you should deal with these and not allow them to come between you and your goal. This kind of emotions are influence dieting.

If you need help or advice, don't hesitate to ask it from the expert or from professionals. Please don't expect to solve all of your problems by yourself.

9. Don't separate yourself from your favourite foods.

If you eat something forbidden once in a while, it won't make any difference in the long run. It means just eat your favourite food. As long as not frequent it is ok. Diets are just food control program not the prisons.

10. Don' rely on your willpower alone.

If you wish to know how much you eat, then write all of them and then analyze it for things that shouldn't be there. This way needs your honest and keep a clear head because sometimes hunger can suffer you and make you eat forbidden food.
